Past Associates

The firm of E&M Engineers and Surveyors P.C. was organized in 1946 under the name R.E. Pratt, P.E. to conduct a professional practice in civil engineering and land surveying. Since its founding, work has also been conducted as Pratt and Block, Pratt and Edwards, Pratt, Edwards and Moncreiff, and Edwards and Moncreiff, P.C. The present name E&M Engineers and Surveyors P.C. was adopted in 1988. In 1974 the building and records of Robert M. Hulings of Bradford, P.A. were acquired. That practice is now operated as the principal office serving clients in Pennsylvania and New York.

The owners of the firm have a combined education and working experience exceeding 125 years. Our philosophy is that all engineering and surveying projects need the personal attention of such experienced principals. This ensures technical competence and the ability to continually fit the project to the needs of the client.

Our ultimate goal is successful and timely project completion within budget. We are committed to providing dependable professional services.
