E&M undertook the design of a septic system renovation in Sheldon, NY. The proposed system used the existing septic tank and called for the construction of a new sand filter and absorption bed. The contractor on the project was Jazz Excavating. Construction finished in 2017.

E&M agreed to handle the construction inspection for a sewer line replacement and manhole replacement in Eldred Borough PA. The construction took place along Elm St. and Bennett St. in 2016.

E&M has been contracted by the McKean County Conservation District to provide design and construction phase services for improvements to the Marilla & Gilbert Reservoir. The improvements will include a new canoe launch and a fishing pier both for community recreational use. Construction is planned to begin 2017.

E&M has been working with the Bradford Office of Economic and Community Development to design plans and specification for proposed and newly constructed streetscapes. E&M has provided engineering, inspection, bidding, and surveying services for the projects. Renovations will occur in the 2nd Ward District of Bradford on Elm, Park, Jefferson, Leland, and Davis Streets.

E&M provided permitting services for International Waxes, Inc in the form of an HOP Permit. The permit was for the construction of a new scale loop and parking lot modification. The new scale allows better maneuverability for truck traffic and a quicker weighing process.

The Survey crew at E&M has agreed to create and update the current campus survey for the Springville School District. E&M was hired to survey the elementary, middle, and high schools, and produce corresponding site layouts.

The Sheppards Run Water Main Relocation was completed in July 2016. The project involved replacing an old pipe with 8″ ductile iron and 8″ HDPE. The HDPE pipe accommodated the necessary flexibility to extend the pipe underneath the stream.
