Donna Black
E&M would like to welcome Donna Black to the E&M team. She was hired in April of 2017 and will be working as an office administrator, focusing on maintaining office policies and procedures.
International Waxes, Inc – HOP Permit
E&M provided permitting services for International Waxes, Inc in the form of an HOP Permit. The permit was for the construction of a new scale loop and parking lot modification. The new scale allows better maneuverability for truck traffic and a quicker weighing process.
Springville Schools – Campus Survey
The Survey crew at E&M has agreed to create and update the current campus survey for the Springville School District. E&M was hired to survey the elementary, middle, and high schools, and produce corresponding site layouts.
